What data we process and why

The data you provide through the contact form (name, email, phone and message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any business relationship that may follow.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for our own purposes. To send the form email we use the provider Resend, which acts as a data processor; its servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, in which case the transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to learn which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example the WhatsApp button or the form send). It is not used to identify you personally.

None of this runs until you accept the cookie notice. If you accept, Google stores the cookies _ga and _ga_* (visitor identifier, up to 2 years) and _gcl_au (ad attribution, 3 months) in your browser. If you reject, no cookie is stored; Google may receive anonymous signals without an identifier, used to estimate totals and not to track you.

Your answer to the notice is kept in the browser's local storage (key "consent") so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer. The theme preference (light/dark) is also stored locally and is purely functional.

Google LLC acts as a data processor; data may be transferred to the United States under the safeguards of the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, any subsequent relationship. It is then deleted.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting us by phone, by email at info@360barcelonasportsmanagement.com, or through the form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
