What a session looks like

We start with an assessment: where you are, which shots keep letting you down, and what you want out of it. From there each session mixes technique, tactics and match situations, because padel is played in pairs and on the move, not by hitting loose balls.

If you want, we film and review the footage with you. Watching yourself play fixes in one session what can take months on court.

In detail

Lessons in English for international players

Personalised padel coaching: if you live in Barcelona and prefer to train in English (or another language), our multilingual team makes it easy.

From first lesson to competition

Starting from scratch, the early sessions cover positioning, the walls and the basic shots, enough to play a match and enjoy it. If you already compete, we work on game patterns, serve and volley, and reading the point.

Your level is not an entry requirement. It is just the starting point.

Where and when you train

Outdoors in Castelldefels and on covered courts in Gavà, ten minutes away, so rain never costs you a session. Mornings and afternoons, weekdays and weekends.

The 4, 6 and 8-hour packs are for players who want continuity: better value, and they let us plan the work in blocks instead of lesson by lesson.

Hourly rates

One player60 € / hour
Two players70 € / hour
Three players80 € / hour
Four players90 € / hour

Prices from. The final rate depends on the court, the time slot and the length of the programme.

Discounted programme packs of 4, 6 and 8 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Is the rate per person or per court?

Per session, not per person: the hour costs the same whether it's split between one player or four, with a small increase for each extra player. That is why training in a group works out considerably better value than going one to one.

Do I need to bring a racket?

If you don't have one, we'll lend you one. That is actually the sensible route for your first sessions: until you know what kind of game suits you, buying a racket is guesswork. Your coach will tell you what to look for when the time comes.

Can I train in English?

Yes, and it's routine: a good share of the players we coach are international residents in Barcelona. The team is multilingual, so mention it when you book and we'll assign a coach who speaks your language.

What if I can't make a session?

With reasonable notice, the session moves. The 4, 6 and 8-hour packs exist for exactly that: you keep the work going without being tied to a fixed day of the week.
