Padel event organisation

We run competitions people come back to: tournaments, americanos, clinics and exhibitions for clubs, brands and organisations, managed from start to finish.

Celebrating after closing out the point

A tournament is won before it starts

The difference between a tournament that sells out on its own the following year and one that never comes back is almost never on court: it is whether the draw was properly made, whether the schedule held, whether there was water and shade, and whether the groups were balanced enough to produce close matches.

That backstage work is ours: registrations, the draw, a realistic schedule for the day, and refereeing. What the player notices is that everything simply runs.

End-to-end event management

We take care of everything so the club or the brand only has to welcome people in.

  • Court bookings and refereeing
  • Registrations, draws and scheduling
  • Technical staff and refreshments
  • Prizes, music and professional photography
  • Social media coverage

Our own tournaments, and yours

We run our own competitions and we also take on those of clubs, brands and organisations that want an event without building a structure for it. One example of the kind of brief we handle: the 50th anniversary tournament at Club de Tenis Andrés Gimeno.

If what you're after is a corporate day for your staff, we handle that separately, under team building.

In detail

The format does the work

An americano rotates the pairs every few games so everyone plays with everyone. A knockout draw is more competitive and produces a clear winner. An in-house league runs over weeks and is what sustains a club's community for the rest of the year.

We pick the format around the group and the hours available, not the other way round.

What we need from you

How many players you expect, which day, and how many courts and hours you have. With that we lock in format, staff and scheduling, and tell you exactly what is and isn't included before you commit to anything.

Events we organise

  1. Open and graded tournaments
  2. Americanos and in-house club leagues
  3. Clinics with professional players
  4. Exhibitions and brand promotional events
  5. Charity and fundraising days

Frequently asked questions

Do you run events at our club or only at yours?

At yours. We work regularly across our own network of Barcelona clubs, but organisation is a service: we go where the event is. What we need to know up front is how many courts you have and when we can have them.

How many courts and hours does it take?

That falls out of the number of players and the format. An americano moves a lot of people through in few hours; a knockout draw needs more room. Tell us how many you expect and what facility you have, and we'll come back with a realistic schedule before a single entry is sold.

Can you handle the communications too?

Yes: posters, registrations, social media coverage and photography on the day. That is what fills next year's edition. Names, images and logos of clubs, sponsors or participants are only ever used with permission.

I want an event for my company. Is this the right page?

If the goal is your own staff (bringing the team together, a company day), that's team building, and it has its own page because the format and priorities are different. If you want an open tournament or a brand event, you're in the right place.
