Padel is growing worldwide, and clubs are looking for coaches trained in the Spanish school. We build the bridge: we select, train and support coaches throughout their entire time abroad.
What we ask of a coach
Proven technical ability, and a real appetite for working abroad, which is not the same as an appetite for travelling. Joining a club overseas means teaching in another language, adapting to a different working culture and holding a project together for months.
That is why we assess before we put anyone forward. If a coach does not fit what the club is asking for, both sides end up paying for it.

What happens after they arrive
Our involvement does not end when the coach lands. We stay in contact with both the club and the coach throughout the placement: that is where the real adjustments surface, and where a placement either turns into a long relationship or falls apart.

Frequently asked questions
We're a club. How long does a placement take?
It depends on the profile and the destination, but the process has four steps (selection, assessment, alignment with the methodology and placement) and none of them gets skipped. Tell us what you need and the timeline you're working to, and we'll say up front whether it's realistic before we start moving.
What if the coach doesn't fit?
That is exactly why we assess before putting anyone forward: technique, experience and languages, and also whether they genuinely want to work abroad, which is not the same as wanting to travel. Even so, our support continues after the placement precisely so that adjustments surface early, while they can still be made.
I'm a coach. What do I need to join the programme?
Proven technical ability, languages, and a willingness to hold a project together for months in a different working culture. We assess you, align you with the 360 methodology and support you through interviews and onboarding. We don't place people blind: if we don't see a fit with a club, we'll tell you.
Which countries do you work in?
Europe, Asia and emerging markets, where padel is growing fastest and where the Spanish school is most in demand. We don't announce destinations or agreements that aren't confirmed: write to us and we'll tell you what is open right now.
